Summary
January 20, 1756 Proclamation of Lt. Governor Spencer Phips which prohibited the transportation of provisions of warlike stores from any part of the province until after February 20th. Of note, a similar prohibition, passed by the General Assembly, was in effect from September 24 to December 1, 1755.
Note
Further extending the terms of the act's validity until after February 20th.
