Summary
1854 Senate bill to incorporate the Fayetteville & Greenborough Railroad Company to construct a railroad connecting Fayetteville to Greensborough. The bill provided for the subscription and corporate procedures, as well as all management and other relevant construction and corporate matters. Also included were provisions for compensation for land used to construct the railroad and penalties for damaging railroad properties.
