Summary
1852 North Carolina House bill concerning private corporations. The bill provided that Justices of County Courts would have jurisdiction over any application for incorporating cities, towns, seminaries, and charitable or benevolent institutions. Also included were the procedures needed to process these applications and the legal limitations regarding these institutions.
