Summary
Remonstrance of the Grand Jurors of Worcester to the Justices of the superior Courts regarding Judge Peter Oliver. The Grand Jury stated the members would not be impaneled unless assured that Oliver would not be the presiding judge. The objections were then listed, which included the impeachment of Oliver for high crimes and misdemeanors.
